  1. Congratulations on an outstanding build.
  2. Serious racers there Tom.
  3. Mean green machine.
  4. Outstanding saves.
  5. Wow that is quite a haul, good for you.
  6. There has been some recent mention of photos with no backgrounds being better to emphasis the model. So I dug out some old early Corvette prints (pre-digital). 1953 Corvette promo AMT 1953 Corvette with Fred Cady decals for the Carrera Panamerican road race MPC 1956 Corvette Sebring - should have had two four barrels in stead of the fuel injection. AMT 1960 Corvette Cunningham Le Mans
  7. The Studebaker is super.
  8. So nice Johnny.
  9. The Chaparrals left to right are a slot car body, an AMT, and an IMC. The Maserati is an Aurora and the Aston Martin is an Aurora also.
  10. I can feel your pain.
  11. The forklift is a Spanish Joal Caterpillar M30 CHARIOT ELEVATEUR.
  12. The rock climber is a nice touch!!
  13. This is from the 1963 Chevy Fleetside Pickup which shows all the parts labeled meaning they were all included I believe. I have the motorcycle but am missing the Streamlined Body Halves and Racing Windshield it seems.
  14. These were all built from original kits when they were issued, but they are missing my Le Mans models. Some of these I still have. And then there was 1961, unfortunately I only have a few of these left, where is the time machine when I need it?
  15. Well done indeed. I have a silver one and a dark blue one. Did you change the air cleaner too?
  16. This picture of the fuel tank is from racingicons.com during restoration. These photos are from Corvette Grand Sport by Paddock and Freidman.
  17. Super build. The brochures on the passenger seat a clever touch.
  18. I posted a photo in one of the other Cobra threads but wanted to share these too. This is a Bondo backfill in a vacuum formed slot body. JC has said a resin version is on the way.
  19. Looking really good.
  20. Looking really good. Anxious to see more.
  21. Alex, so good to have you back again. You have been an inspiration to many of us over the years. The Dino is spectacular!
  22. Tom, I bought a glue bomb Thames with the same plan to take it back to stock. I have gotten it disassembled but that is as far as I have gotten.
  23. All your builds are fabulous but this is the first Alfa Romeo 8C00 I have seen built other than my own and your is gorgeous. Mine was a Union kit and the labeling and box art are incorrect but fortunately the kit is actually the 1931 Le Mans winner. It was only recently that I learned the wheels should be painted black as you did.
  24. Beautifully done. Congratulations.
  25. Walmart has a new clear Gorilla glue which is new to me.
