  1. Both are very well done. Good old Guido at Scale Kraft did some really neat bodies.
  2. I agree with Rex.
  3. OUTSTANDING it says Jimmy Clark all over it which is a real honor Rich.
  4. Well done and the weathering is very appropriate.
  5. Now that is pretty bizarre Snake. To have that happen on your first model back at the bench is a real bummer but you were able to handle admirably.
  6. I like it. I don't know why but the 934 has always been one of my favorites in the 911 family. You do know it is going to be lonely on the shelf with all those Fords. ?
  7. Welcome Mark and your models and photos are very well done.
  8. I like it! Almost subtle in a way that I like. Thanks for sharing.
  9. I posted pictures of my Monogram classic race cars on Wednesday. Monogram 1/24's - post 'em up !! - Page 4 - Model Cars - Model Cars Magazine Forum
  10. Totally cool and at that price pretty amazing.
  11. All your models are so cleanly built Helmut. Very impressive no matter how old.
  12. The Monogram roadster was a slot car but I put the body on a Fujimi chassis.
  13. These are original 1/24 Monogram survivors though some were rescued and rebuilt. Lots of good memories.
  14. Spring has come early to Virginia so had to load up the downed limbs from the woods and take them to the yard waste recycling center at the landfill. It was a beautiful day.
  15. I decided I wanted an all white Bronco but after wasting my time and gas searching area Wally Worlds I bit the bullet and ordered from Amazon. Next day here we go. I think it makes a pretty neat tow vehicle.
  16. Trevor - the ends come in various shapes but most have ball on one end which I have found useful. Surprisingly better than fine brushes. This is the link where I got mine. 8/20 PCS Nail Art Design Dotting Painting Drawing Polish Brush Pen Tools Acrylic | eBay
  17. A friend recommended the sticks used in fingernail painting as being handy for gluing and painting tiny features. He was right, much better than toothpicks. As we get older, and the shakes and tremors set in you need to find something to hold our model so you can use both hands. It is especially hard when working on the front or back of the model when you can't lay it on its side. I discovered using an empty tissue box works pretty darn well.
  18. Thank you Rick for posting this article. I do have the Sports Car Graphic but had forgotten about the article. When I post the under glass thread I will add more detail on the development of the MK 6 GT and its impact on the GT40.
  19. Really looking forward to tomorrow and the photos of the completed project. The teasers sure look good.
  20. '64 roadsters are pretty rare so I am glad you were able to rescue it and share it with us.
  21. Fortunately I was able to repair the spindle by replacing the missing rod. Everything is attached and works in the model from the steering wheel to the drop link to the spindle and to the tie rod, wow.
