  1. I hope you solved the problem David. I just picked one of these up yesterday and used it for the first time today. I REALLY LIKE IT! My only previous experience is with an Iwata Eclipse. Nice brush, but his Paasche H seems much easier to use and is a lot easier to clean! I like the consistent spray pattern once it is adjusted... no feathering the trigger to get the same amount of paint with each pass. I sprayed a few drops of laquer thinner through to clean it, then dumped in some Mission Model paint straight out of the bottle. It came with the #3 tip installed and I could likely have used the #5, as it kept stopping and I had to keep opening the paint nozzle a little more. After I thinned the paint lightly with Windex, it sprayed real nice at about 25psi.
  2. White with black accents.
  3. If you're not going to do your own work, why bother with the contest? Just go to the trophy shop and buy your own darn trophy to impress your friends!
  4. He'd need a crane to load anything that needs a rack that big, unless it's in little pieces. He likely uses it as a shooting platform for hunting too.
  5. Cameron Diaz
  6. Beautiful job. Love the fuel lines!
  7. dd?? dutifully detail? drastically detail?
  8. Wouldn't the rear window cranks be removed in a cop car?
  9. Yeah, she's likely sitting there wondering why no one has contacted her.
  10. This seems to be my biggest enemy right now. Actually, I have battled it all my life, it's just that the older I get the more it seems to be a pressing issue. I never had too much of a problem with it at work because... well, things HAD to get done. I brought my '54 Willys into my garage to fix the rust on the drip rails which I figured would take me 3 weeks or so... and this is going on year 3 now of it sitting in the garage with no roof on it. I bought a few books on conquering procrastination but I haven't gotten around to reading them yet. Now that I am retired I should be able to get more things done...but then again, there's no rush, I'm retired!
  11. Interesting car! 2speed powerglide I am assuming, but where was the shifter on these cars?

Too much air in the tires, but other than that it is PERFECT.
  13. Good luck with it. Those are my favorite cars!
  14. Hi Dann. Pardon my ignorance, but what's the deal with this tool? Is it just a piece of wire on a handle, or a hypodermic type tube? What type of glue works with it and how do you use it? Thanks, Greg.
  15. I agree 100%. All the attempts to idiot-proof everything is causing human brain atrophy. P.S. I don't like it being called a Blazer either! It's not even Blazerish.
  16. This is looking really sweet! I personally like the wooden barrels better.
  17. What's wrong with that? He blew all his budget on the suspension lift and is now saving up for the wheels and tires!
  18. that central dash cluster looks like some sort of tribal mask!
  19. That makes more sense. Any rope notch I've seen has a much deeper and angled notch.
  20. I'm not sure the Morse set is better anymore. One of them shattered the second I put pressure on it.
  21. Give it a shot, you got nothing to lose!
  22. Very nice! The vinyl top came out beautiful.
  23. Oh yes! they were TINY trucks!
  24. Terrific Idea! I have three Corvette kits that I am not thrilled with. Maybe they will make one good one. Thanks, I too will be watching.
