  1. Rusty, your builds are really clean and nicely detailed. Thank you for sharing!
  2. Thank you Josh, Seems it's been relatively mild across the northern states. We're looking forward to getting away from the west coast. Things are rapidly deteriorating. ND is quiet, if one can tolerate the winters. We'll probably escape some of the coldest weather. Once we're retired we can do as we please.
  3. That looks fantastic. Very nice build indeed!
  4. Obviously they used the '59 flames in the '66 kit. Glad you put them back where they belong. Awesome looking El Camino!
  5. Cool project and great detail, Josh. I'm learning a lot from your detailed WIP narrative. Thank you for taking the time to provide so much detail and how-to. I will be in a similar winter situation in a few years, retiring to North Dakota. I see it's -20 for a low today. Great time to be indoors building models!
  6. Really nice build and I love the stance. I can relate to life changes, moves, etc. 25 years away from the hobby myself. I'm hoping to get a few done before spring.
  7. Very cool project and nicely executed.
  8. Looks great. I agree with others, we need a Maverick release. But you've set the bar really high, Joe.
  9. Very nice. Are those kit decals, or printed?
  10. Very classy looking Austin Healey. Great subject and nicely built.
  11. Looking great. You definitely made the right choice on your build. The Nailhead was a great choice too, with the Buick finned brake drums. Very nice.
  12. Looking good. Love the old Autocars. Here's an article with some history and photos: https://www.truckinginfo.com/10135645/autocar-through-the-decades?photo=10135842
  13. Absolutely gorgeous!
  14. Wow, that turned out great. I'm impressed. Amazing work in 24 hours.
  15. Very nice. That nailhead looks right at home between those fender wells. I wish someone would make a '65 Skylark Gran Sport, the first "GS 400". Or maybe they did and I don't know...?
  16. Looks great. Very impressive how much you've gotten done in less than 24 hours, and it looks great!
  17. Very nice, clean build. Looks cool.
  18. That would be a nice one to have available. My dad bought a '59 Fleetside short bed new and passed it on to me in the mid '70s. I was too young and ignorant to realize how cool that Fleetside bed was, thought HAD to have a stepside. ?
  19. Those look incredible. Nice Job. I'm learning a lot after 25 years away from this hobby. I am in awe of the skill level, like your work for example, Jouko. Thank you for sharing the details.
  20. Lost me at "um, so, eh, guess where I was today?" ?
  21. Nice progress for one hour in. If you find yourself running out of time you could always throw the El Camino body on the Falcon chassis. A little duct tape and... ?
