  10. Made a big pot of Gumbo , andouille sausage , shrimp , chicken , crab , oysters , tomatoes , fresh cut corn , okra (all out of my garden) , onion , creole seasoning , garlic and tomato paste . Ate way too much of it and canned the rest for later . It actually gets better if it sits for a couple of days .

  12. What do you call a cow that just gave birth ? Decalfinated

  14. Very nice combination
  15. "Red China" didn't seize anything , according to the report I read , their contractor wasn't paying his taxes and the government seized the company and all it's assets . Since American companies have no standing in Chinese courts , Franklin Mint lost all the tooling in the process , of course they said it was a business decision , they didn't want to look like fools to their stock holders , but they did anyway . There's no way they just walked away from millions of dollars of tooling because the market was down .
  16. Thanks , for the explanation , of course with every build , it's the builders vision that drives the design and yours looks great .
  17. Looks like a winner . The hot rod defense is good , a good metal smith could change a lot and make it look factory . That being said , the back door window looks long and the rear side window looks short , but the door lines look right on ? Were there 4 door sedans in different models ? Standard ? Vickie ? Model B ? Model 18 ? Here's one from Star Models , but the door windows appear to be near equal length ?
  18. I think they ( the model companies ) could learn a valuable lesson reviewing what happened to Franklin Mint .
  19. Was invited down to a little lake about and hour south , for a cook out and relaxation , had a great time .
