I get repaid very well........ My buddy has a fantastic hillside Mid Century Modern home (listed as historic) and he allows me to stay with him as I want!!!

I've bought a number of kits for friends in So Cal as no Ollie's!!

COOL work! I can see that built with a Ward Indy kit.

YEP! Time.......and time is money. They get pallets of cased kits in from Hobbico, Break them down by case and ship them out. No rhyme or reason....just get them in stores so we can get some kind of ROI. What goes where is not much concern to a few warehouse workers.....it all looks the same. Pretty simple from a business point of view. I think they figure they will sell them all Christmas time.....Grandma will buy the dogs we don't!

My info is that it will be a reissue of the kit Model King restored a few years back. We have been asking for a reissue as Model King made two runs of the kit and both sold out fast. A decent little kit. Happy they are bring it back. My build inspired by the film 'Sin City' pretty much box stock....

Me too.....(not that one!) No Nacho or Javelin in last episode.....did bang up a 71 Monte Carlo a little. So how long do we wait for next season?? Mike is not getting any younger!!!

The Silver spray was good too until the huffers started using it...... I'll stick with Dupli-color and Tamiya.....my local Dupli-color dealer closed so that's tough too.....

I have one too....off ebay cheap.....but mine had a thick coating on it with huge metallic flakes....took 3 days to clean it off.

I attended Toledo and the NNL every year from 1984 until 2008. Then I would miss a year now and then. It was the greatest event in model car hobby. But change is the only constant. While model cars are still a big hobby for me I also have 3 'hobby' cars and attend a lot of car shows with them. I'd like to attend NNL #40 but it will be the same day as the biggest car show in WV.....so I'l have to decide.... I do thank all those involved in THE NNL over the years. I met a LOT of folks over the years......even Tim Boyd!!! thx

As a owner of a 1/1 73 Javelin....LOVE it!! Nice clean work. Wish we'd get a last Gen Javelin kit in a nodern tool.

I like those kits!!! I did the K-Wop a few years ago......nice kit that builds well. I have the Peterbilt to build too.....I'll watch yours... Box stock with Tamiya paints

Not a big Vette fan but for $10 that is a good kit to pick up. I got a 2nd on last visit...

In flux.......I supplied some stuff for the project a while back....but with the changes going on with Moebius unknown right now.

Tamiya White Primer spray........dries perfect and stable....

Finally found a stack of Revell Chase Elliott Chevys. Also picked up a Flinstone car .....never seen that one on any lists.
