  1. Great realistic looking finish and the interior full of parts.
  2. Great looking paint color and finish. The contrasting interior is cleanly done.
  3. Great looking original style body and paint. Like the wide whites and the open rumble seat.
  4. Great looking paint colors and finish. Like the interior inserts on the seats.
  5. Beautiful paint finish and color combination. Seeing the construction pictures help appreciate the body changes. The rear fenders changed the overall look. The interior detailing and the golf bag look great.
  6. Looked out the kitchen window at breakfast and noticed two Deer walking through the back yard heading out over the golf course. Seem to be seeing a lot of roadkill lately in the area. Mostly Possums, but they may only be playing possum.
  7. Got some nice Z style stripes from STS Decals this weekend. They offer a few different colors as well. @stsdecals.com. I'm only a satisfied customer and have no other affiliations with them.
  8. He presents at local model show and swap meets was missed this last weekend at the Heartland show. I have bought several of Steves castings in the past and have enjoyed them all. He had also bought several of my duplicate kits for resale as well. Always enjoyed talking to him about building and life in general. He will be missed for sure.
  9. Great looking body style and color. Like the wheels and the stance.
  10. Great looking finish.

    Uncertain T

Did you have to use a black base color under the Rust-Oleum Chrome?
  12. Great looking cars. Like the different build styles and all look very cleanly done. Also like how nice your Bel Air looks.
  13. I agree with you about the validity of most of this era AMT kits. This is a build style I tend to fallow as well since it is what appeals to me the most personally and have done similar modifications to a few of my own 1:1 vehicles in the past.

  18. Great patina paint finish and the engine, chassis setup looks perfect for this.

    1961 Caddilac

Great looking paint color and finish. The chrome trim should make it pop.
  21. Yesterday, Sunday, on your way to the Heartland Model Car Nationales, I saw what I thought at first maybe a '70's Nova in my rearview mirror. Got on the main 4-lane road and it started getting closer and then past us. I'm driving so no pictures, but this was the cleanest '66 Malibu I've seen in a very long time. Clean white finish with a stock looking interior, Mag wheels, slightly down nose stance, and an unmistakable low rumble as it went by.
  22. Same issue on my wife's Jeep Cherokee. Not has difficult as the Toyota in the video but you still have to disassemble the side of the consol just to find the filter and the clips that hold it in place are very susceptible to breakage and the edges of the interior panels and the latches will cause physical injury to your hands. Wish the mentioned so-called engineers were sitting on a feather and I had their money instead.
  23. Great looking paint color and finish. Clean looking body trim. Like the wide whites and the engine detailing.
  24. Great looking paint and signage. Like the minibike and the motorcycle additions.
