Hope someone will have some pictures to share for those who can't make it. -
Like the color and the contrasting Hood. Always liked the TA hood scoop.

Another product to consider when chasing some fine scratches is Meguire's Plastx cleaner & polish. Works great in scratched taillight lenses in your 1:1 ride as well. Boat owners can use it for your plexiglass windshield.

Looks great until the paint issues came up. Been there and done that to many times.
-
Great looking engine details.
-
Beautiful looking paint color and finish. Like the engine detailing.
-
Clean looking GTO and the color looks great.

What did you see on the road today?

Many years ago, I bought a '69 Camaro from the original owner. It was my impression that the car was a normal dealer inventory car and not a special-order car. The engine was the base 307 with a 2bbl and a Powergluide transmission. While it had bucket seats it didn't have a consol and the shifter was on the column. It is my understanding that the consol was an extra cost option and that it would include the floor shifter regardless of transmission choice. I think that most dealers would have ordered a Camaro for inventory with the bucket seats and a console for appearance sake alone. I have only seen a handful of Camaros that had the column shift and only one of those with the base 3-speed manual. The bench seat option of the time was little more than two bucket seats connected together with a center fold down arm rest. This was a time when cars were ordered like an Alacarte meal in that there were very few if any option packages as we know them in today's cars. -
Found in a warehouse.

"Some assembly required." The original car in a create. Like the idea. -
Like everyone else has pointed out, the paint work is super smooth looking and a great match to the OEM Blue. The chrome trim along with the wheels and tires all look just like the real car.
-
Beautiful looking finishes. So cleanly detailed with all the brass and painted body lines.
-
Great looking body mods on the '55 and the early style boat is a good match with the El Camino body style.
-
Beautiful looking restoration of this old model. The paint color shows the body lines well. Like the stance.
-
Great looking paint finish, you may not think of it as shiny, but it looks much more like the real car. The chrome and body trim all are cleanly done. Like the showroom look.

Great looking build. The very best part is the time you got to spend with your daughter building it. -
Beautiful looking paint color and finish. The wide whites and hub cap combination sets the era of the overall look. Like how you positioned the open hood and doors to show the engine and interior detailing.
-
Great looking MGB. Always fun to build something from the past. A friend of mine also had an MGB from the '60's. He spent a lot of time working on keeping it running, but he always had a grin on his face when driving it. I guess that was part of the charm that these cars had.
-
Great looking build and you would never know of the issues that you were faced with in the beginning.
-
Great looking paint and Boss stripes. Like the showroom appearance.
-
Beautiful looking build, almost like looking at a modern-day street rod. The paint color and finish look great. Cleanly detailed engine and chassis as well as the engine. Like the stance and the way you detail painted the wells as it adds a lot of depth to their appearance.

Many years ago, I was into Dirt Bikes and lived in the mountains and for some reason thought I could ride my motorcycle with its knobby tires to work on the plowed roads. A couple of days of that and almost wearing out a good pair of work boots using my legs like training wheels I soon realized my folly. Like the old saying "The Good Lord looks out for drunks and little boys". -
Without a valid infostructure to support EV's they serve little purpose for use beyond your city limits or hundred miles at best from your home recharging station. Remember you still have to get home so cut your travel distance in half from your home base when considering a trip of any great distance. While there are some recharging facilities out there you are still faced with weather or not, they are functioning, will your vehicle be able to use them, and how long are you going to have to wait in line to use the chargers. Ever wonder why Hurtz has off'd their EV rental fleet?
