  1. Another great looking plane from Suyata ! Thanks for the pics Pat , I may have to get one to go with my Red Baron Fokker RD1 !
  2. Beautiful '67 John ! Love that color and your choice of wheels and tires . The foil looks great too !
  3. Great job Snake ! Excellent save and the orange is cool , I'd display it proudly ! As nice as the new Moebius kits are I personally still prefer the original AMT kits , nostalgia I guess .
  4. Great detailing and paint make for a sharp looking Bel Air , excellent work ! And it looks great with those Cragar S/S wheels !
  5. Beautiful black '57 Bill , I'd be proud to display that on my shelf !
  6. Beautiful Chevelle Tom ! And I agree it looks better with those windows rolled down !

Thanks Justin ! Thanks Helmut ! Only real issue is fitting the interior/chassis into the body , there is interference between the dash and a locating block molded inside the body . I ended up grinding part of the block away but in hindsite maybe the interior could be fit into the body first then the chassis fit separately .

  15. Never heard of that kind of paint but the results look good to me , the rust is very realistic . Cool looking model by the way !

Thanks very much Sonny ! I masked the body and sprayed Tamiya Rubber Black , then cut thin strips of foil for the molding . It worked fairly well but did need some touch-up with a fine brush and some Molotow .

Thanks Rich ! Thanks Bruce ! I wanted something close to the original Bronze Yellow color . Thank you Trevor ! I'm not a big fan of the show car polished finish either , most of my models are street driven cars .

This the Aoshima MGB kit built using the C1 Models resin trans kit . Basically built out of the box , only things added are the license plate and a rubber gasket under the fuel cap . It's painted Tamiya Brilliant Orange , not super shiny but I kinda like it . Only thing I missed was the right side wiper should have been moved inward 1/4 inch , didn't notice that until it was too late . Thanks for looking , all comments welcome .
  22. Nostalgia at it's best , a real garage built dragster ! Great work !
  23. Thanks much Carl and Dann ! Haven't had much bench time lately but have been working on all the little details , lights bumpers wheels etc . . . Quit taking photos since it seems to be a waste of time to post anything . I'm hoping to have it finished by next week and will post a couple photos under glass .
  24. Awesome job !! I've seen the resin bodies for sale occasionally but still haven't bought one . How was the casting , did it need a lot of work ?
  25. Absolutely gorgeous in black ! Great job !
