Cool effect Dave! At first glance, I thought I was looking at another "shiny" black paint job. The paint fade on the side is perfectly executed.

I'm with Rob-some of my favourite lowriders don't have spoke wheels. Yes, it's a popular choice for the "scene", but spoke wheels alone does not make a lowrider. either way-good luck to everyone.

Like what everyone else said - excellent build! Not a fan myself of the "Turbine" wheels, but I have a friend who can't get enough of them. He even has a set on his 1:1 Manx Dune Buggy. To each their own...

Very impressive work. I own a couple of the Datsun 510 kits and know first hand that there is not alot of real estate space for all the goodies you crammed in there. It takes skill to make it look like it belongs and you pulled it off well. Job well done!

I had no idea that such an event even existed. The Bruce Peninsula/Georgian Bay area is one of my favorite regions to visit. I'll make an effort to check it out next year.

I remember getting the Testor's version of this kit for Christmas, sometime around '95. I remember thinking the same thing - good look'n car, decent kit to build from. Wish I could take another crack at it now. Never been an Exotics fan, but do love the looks of the F50. Probably my favorite design from the prancing horse. Nice work on your build - looks great!
