Plowboy Posted January 11, 2020 Posted January 11, 2020 I built this one four or five years ago. Since it was my first go around with the kit, I kept it fairly simple. I lowered front and rear. The inner wheel wells had to be modified up front. I kept the interior stock. It's painted withTamiya Pearl White and Brilliant Blue. The body just got a few simple modifications. The side trim got reduced to a single strip. The hood and header got a slight peak. Headlights are from the AMT '57 Fairlane as are the tail lights. The grille is from a parts pack set. I smoothed the tail gate and added a chrome strip to mimic the side trim. The body was painted with Tamiya Mica Blue and Testors Dull Cote. The rear section of the roof got clear pearl stripes. They're more noticeable in person than in the photos. Wheels are Pegasus. Tires are Revell Good Year SCS's with painted whitewalls. Thanx for checking it out! 1

Little Timmy Posted January 11, 2020 Posted January 11, 2020 MAN , that is pretty !!! I went with the factory two tone paint and messed it up at the tailgate. So mine is back in the box untill I feel it's ready to try it again. Your's is just " To Cool For Word's " !

Plowboy Posted January 13, 2020 Author Posted January 13, 2020 Thanx for the great comments everyone! I appreciate it! Tom, the tires can be found in any of the Revell '32 Ford kits (except the roadster), '37 Fords, along with several others.
espo Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 You got the perfect stance, wheel and tires, and I like how you eliminated some of the side trim. The engine details look great.
