And here’s the video that hypes it up...

Right! How did they miss the pointed hood, bumper and headlight eyebrows, the key features of the Nova?.

There’s some stuff that just won’t fly for pedestrian safety on cars any more, probably going to be deeper into EV availability before we see pointy cars with front mounted power trains like the 3rd and 4th gen F-Bodies and Chrysler LH cars due to that, as well as the bumper height difference between cars and trucks.

This car reminds me of the "modern firebird"

The Legend For the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Lives On!

People using body kits to make their cars into older muscle just turns out... badly. Take the daytona for instance:

Abomination or Brilliance: Check Out This Modern Dodge Challenger 'Daytona' Recreation

Modern Muscle is not particularly interesting to begin with. But trying to turn it into the original? YEUGH

If I had a 2021 Challenger and a couple hundred thousand dollars, I would mod it like that

That's not true at all.

Personal form of the verb "ir", meaning "you go" or or "it goes"

"No" means the same in English or Spanish.

Translation: "No va" means, "you don't go" or "it doesn't go"

Which is also why GM never sold any in Mexico. They knew what it meant.

Ok, I concede.

But I come from a group of Hispanic family and friends who all said the same negative connotation with the car's name.

They were very superstitious and stated that they would never buy a car that said it wouldn't run.

My photoshop skill is pretty non existant but I tried to improve it a little by swapping the arches and stretching the front a little to balance it out. Hopefully you can see what i was trying to do

I like it. The only change I'd make is to make the front wheel opening match the rear one.

If someone on here posted a pic of a new Camaro model modified to look like that I bet everyone would be telling them how great it looks and that they're a genius. ?

Maybe, but my guess would be that they were just being kind. ?

Any Yenko-badged car newer than 1982 or so shouldn't be a Chevrolet, it should be a Honda.  Don Yenko sold off the Chevy dealership before his passing, but hung onto the Honda store.

Yes, it does look “better”, but it still just doesn’t seem like a Nova. The back now looks more like a modern Challenger.

Why do I suddenly have the feeling that a Yenko Civic or Yenko Prelude could make for an interesting what if…..
