  1. Very good looking delivery truck - excellent choice not doing it in Coca Cola livery!
  2. Anders, this is a fantastic build - absolutely showroom quality (as have all of your models)!
  3. Received White Box' Lancia Stratos HF (1/24 scale) today = competition version in civilian clothing.
  4. Excellent idea and use of "unloved" parts that you possibly would have discarded. Immediately Bob Falfa's car leaving Paradise Rd. comes to my mind!
  5. Fantastic models of AMC' legendary muscle cars, Thomas ! A grocery store owner in my home-town had a Javelin in a similar color as your AMX back in the mid-70's.
  6. Thanks, Patrick and Trevor for some nice comments about these not-so-nice pickups.
  7. Nice, Gary - have you got an idea for what amount of money you could buy such an Alfa in 1965/66 ? Today, these are aold at auctions (if ever!) for several millions of $ .
  8. There can't be enough E-types around - very well done ! Color comes close to old English white - the old Austrian license plate is a nice touch (w stands for Wien = Vienna, Austria's capital) - where those included in the kit?
  9. x 2 ! I couldn't say it any better - fantastic als always !
  10. Thank you all, Anders, Chris, Mario and Philippe for your comments on this one!
  11. Returned from a short 5-day-trip to Italy only to find lots of great models here !
  12. Fantastic model, Thomas _ this is the car that got John Surtees mad about Aston Martin (for using an untested engine which caused a DNF). But Best Balsa kits are very expensive.
  13. Absolutely awesome rendition of the famous "Porsche Panzer" from 1973, Rich. If you had not pointed out your mistake with the yellow stripes, no one would have noticed. It really looks intimidating!
  14. Excellent model of this beautiful spyder, Giovanni ! You raised the bar very high with this one. I built the same car over 30 yrs. ago and used only the Fisher kit + a few missing decals - it didn't look bad but yours is just perfect with all these detailing.
  15. Hi Giovanni, I ordered these from: https://www.modelissimo.eu/ - but that was in 2016, and they had only a few pcs. left (back then)
  16. Hi, Gary - I have the very same Heller kit (albeit the dark blue Airfix race version)- it sais "Citroen" on the tree with the very narrow Michelin X tires (obviously the same as in their own Citroen 15 CV kit. Motobitz/UK has fantastic-looking 3-D-printed resin wheels for E-types (racing and street) that have also period-correct tires - the ones from the Revell kit are too low for the 60's.
  17. Nice build, Andy - now I know I have to get me both Revell Jags also (I have the Heller Coupe and Gunze's Roadster in my stash)
  18. x 2 ! Fantastic model, as usual, Mario (it is quite similar to primrose yellow, a light yellow E-Type color in the 60's)
  19. Very nice Jag, Rich - the light color is a good means to camouflage a little bit the front window issue.
  20. Very nice Dino 166 P, Gary - you have a lot of treasures at home - I didn't even know such model existed.
  21. Very nice truck-trailer combination!
  22. This one would qualify for the LM winners thread ! Is this a 1/12 conversion of Meng's Mk II kit?
  23. Great GTO collection, Gary - these were marvellous cars.
  24. Thanks, Pierre - I just put it on the roof of my car and took some pictures... As I said in the beginning of this topic: a very simple curbside kit without any engine or suspension detail, but with good proportions and excellent decals. Building is very easy, though. On the other side, there are some Hasegawa rally car kits that are delicately molded and are more challenging than their Tamiya counterparts.
