  1. Awesome work ! Paint booths definitely help keep the spouses happy, my wife doesn't mind my hobby nearly as much since I purchased a booth
  2. Coolest part of the BRBO is seeing all the various kits together !
  3. Moving right along ! You found out the hardest part of big rig building, questionable instructions and flash lol Your knocking right out though . Building the suspension off the frame can help coverage just be sure everything will fit after on chassis. I messed up once not having it square and it didnt want to fit .
  4. You scored a few brownie points for using a Detroit
  5. Thanks everyone! I appreciate the feedback Puttering around this wknd I found a minute to scratch the grates for the hopper . Guess those days taking wood shop class weren't wasted ! I still remember how to make frames . It's just angle and rod . Few small tabs hold it from dropping into hopper
  6. Outstanding work Warren !!! I spotted the worn tires right away, really shows your attention to detail building a logger. Adding the crane is a cool touch too ! The mock up photo looks fantastic
  7. Welcome along to the 2020 brbo! I'll get your name added to the list, and look forward to your build ! The daycab WF trucks just look cool imo
  8. Really looking forward to your build, watching this develop I agree setting the tire near the frame would help me decide how much additional frame is needed .
  9. The size of the flatbed almost reminds me of the floor in the hide out / papa truck haulers . Your all set on the better ( much ) instructions they'll definitely help build it . Mocking up the frame then laying your desired ramp floor near it will help decide how much frame to stretch. We'll all chime in to help there, its actually pretty easy. I prefer to build the entire frame, then find suitable spot and cut apart. Helps me visualize how much I want to add
  10. Welcome aboard Jordan ! You plan a full year down and rebuild?
  11. Good to see this back Sam ! So many options w the Paystar
  12. Wow awesome small details ! Who cast the propane tanks ? I have an oxy torch set from kfs , these details really make a service truck pop Looking forward to your build on the T600 ! I've heard they have a reputation lol

  14. Love the Cuda ! Watching this progress
  15. Nice Job , stretching that good really changes the look , esp w the altered grill
  16. Hey Kerry - only if he builds that Texaco tanker without leaving any fingerprints lol
  17. Definitely like the headlights conversion !
  18. I'm humbled , really . Usually it requires tons of photos, and hrs of staring blankly at the walls before the part suddenly appears on the bench really though having photos of different angles really helps define certain parts, each assembly becomes a model unto itself
  19. Room for a 12v71 under the hood ? ?
  20. Very cool project Bill ! Adding the extra axle , headache rack and correcting the headlights will make this build fantastic ! Great choice on color scheme also
