  1. That same $123,000 us would’ve gotten you a ZR-1 corvette here ......
  2. Nice rack! ( see what I did there? Haha) seriously, that looks great. do yourself a favor, and ditch that testors tube glue, pick up a bottle of either of these two, it will change your world,
  3. Thanks all. I was going to scratch a headache rack, but thought this would be the perfect build to use this one on. I decided on colors , I must have been thinking of JT, cause I have an orange theme going? these are all testors colors, cab is go mango/classic white, front fenders will be classic white, frame is flaming orange, engine is hugger orange. Not sure what color tanks will be, but I think some white mud flaps will be in order. Thanks for looking.
  4. You’re making good progress, everything is looking great so far!
  5. Holy moly that looks good! congrats on having the first child, heck of a learning curve, but it’ll be fine, haha.
  6. That’s pretty cool! If you could put a tornado in the background, it’d be perfect?
  7. Looking forward to seeing this , looks like you’ve got a good plan, and a good start .
  8. You have been busy! It all looks terrific!
  9. Looking good, nice progress.
  10. Thanks guys. Made a back panel for the interior tub, and grabbed a headache rack from the stash and mocked that up. Still debating on colors.....
  11. Well, as if I don’t have enough projects going on, I started hacking away on this , seems got nitro’s fleet of squirrels found their way to my place. No ideas on colors yet, but have been wanting to cut one of these up for awhile.
  12. Depending on the size of the ‘lot’ of kits you want to liquidate, and how much time/hassle you want to spend, and how much you need to get out of the ‘run of the mill’ kits, maybe contact one of the guys that buy collections. Granted, you won’t get market value, but you can liquidate in one fell swoop, obviously, keep the high end stuff and sell that at your leisure, or hang on to it. Just another avenue to look at.

Bill, no idea where they originate from, they were ‘extras’ in a kit that I bought , the kit had several other non matching parts in it .
  14. Another one out of the park! Well done , lots of little details going on here, love it!
  15. I truly enjoy the fact you can build and take excellent photos. I like the fact that you clearly show the build, and then put us ‘in scene’ as it were. now, where is my next installment??
  16. It would seem no one in town decided to check lead levels in the water supply.....
  17. Ya, the color combo really works on this, great looking build.
  18. That is free king cool? nice job!
  19. That’s sharp!
  20. This is coming along very nice , looking forward to seeing more of it.

  22. You got a lot done! Looking good!
  23. Thanks guys . The upper hood stripe is an odd duck, nothing about it fits properly, not sure what I’m going to do with it, not sure if I should leave it or try to do something different with it......., time will tell I suppose. Over the weekend I got the engine plopped in, and a bit of the cab interior done.
