  1. Sweet bird! Very well done!
  2. At first I didn't get the whole streamline the wheel hump thing but now that I see it I get it. Great add!!
  3. I researched this before. Check out this site and look up a car. http://antiqueautobattery.com/index.html
  4. Well done!!
  5. Very nice work on that front end! I wondered how to make that look right.
  6. 3D scanning might lower the cost and eliminate the need for a CAD designer to spend so many hours on it. However, right now its still expensive to scan a part, and then make it printable. The future is still a ways away.
  7. First of all, great project, and a nice start! IMHO I don't think its so much the top is lower on the drawing as much as it is the slope of the A-pillar and the side glass. It has more of a slope to the side windows, so it appears lower. I took a screen shot of both and put them in a word doc together and its easier to see. Another observation is that the hood is higher on the windshield on the drawing than the model. I'd say get as close as you can without losing your mind. I think you're on your way to a nice build.
  8. Great progress!!
  9. Nice chassis work Pat!!
  10. Nice! That's a killer combo!
  11. That would be some sweet project!
  12. Hey Gang. I got the Tiger painted (mostly, hood needed more work) and here are some quick pics. Still got touch-ups and some trim to add. Tow chain looks big in the pic but its more perspective than oversize. I may just drop it in the trunk. Got more junk to put in there anyway.
  13. Fantastic detail on that engine! I'm an engine guy so I love it. Btw, those ferrules are used to terminate wire. I'll be picking some up, thanks.
  14. Very nice build! Fantastic detail work!!
  15. Sweet build TJ!
  16. Nice build Richard! I like the little custom details you added. Classy!
  17. Got mine because I was on the Atkins diet for a few years and you eat a lot of meat, so my friends started calling me the Meatman!
  18. Lucky you!! I have that 1/24 kit and am planning to build it later in the year as a restomod so I won't be using the hood trim, but since you don't need it it'll go in the stash.
  19. Stop it, I'm dyin' here!
  20. Very nice looking build! I'm partial to 1956's since its my birth year. Btw John, I'm pretty sure I have that hood ornament. Is that the 1/25 or 1/24 kit?
  21. Very well done! Nice detail!
  22. Awesome job!
