  1. I thought those subliminal messages could be heard by playing the recordings backwards. What ever you inspiration was the message came through loud and clear. This the stuff of scale inspiration my talented friend!
  2. Great combination of kit parts to create a very unusual vehicle. Well done and perfectly finish.
  3. This build is so slick the front man for "That little band from Texas" would probably probably wear a new pair of "Cheap Sunglasses" just in case he's spotted driving his newest ride! Another top shelf model CT.
  4. Or just maybe the person doing the decal artwork was dyslexic and put the numbers in the wrong order.
  5. Unusual to see the waste water plumbing detailed. Where those parts included in the kit?
  6. Please let me know where's it came from if possible.
  7. Was this built from a Hot Wheels 1/64th shell?
  8. If you are a scratch builder you can photograph a direct side view of this slide-in , enlarge it to 1/25th scale on any copier and use that as a starting point to produce in pretty much any sale you need, In fact this same photo can work. Print out a copy ,trim off the truck part and use that as one to copy.
  9. Looks legit.
  10. Glad to see you have joined the forums. I had to Google JDM to learn what that was.
  11. Can we assume that the "squandered" money was wasted on food, rent, taxes and other frivolous stuff like that!
  12. Great idea for staging the photos also. Looking sharp.
  13. Whoever did the master for this conversion did an excellent job. The proportions are very nice. The base Buick was a huge car so this could have turned out very badly. I we watching this one closely. My vote would be a low as slow cruiser with a slick paint job. Enjoy your retirement and enjoy the bench time that it affords. I review 10 years ago at 68 with no regrets.
  14. Or you could also haul soap box derby cars and use the derby graphics on those bill board size side panels. I have those as resin casts made by Modelhaus.
  15. It is however large enough to be a motorcycle or go kart hauler?
  16. This is more than modeling. This is a real art form. Models of this quality are revered as the ultimate expression of our love for miniatures.
  17. I can't open any of these photo files.?
  18. Looking very realistic. This could pass for the real thing. Just for fun try using your computers color adjustment settings and change everything to black and white.
  19. I have built a wall of clutter along the perimeter of my bench to protect the surrounding display from flying debris launched outward by cutting tools. Seems to be working pretty well so far.
  20. This idea pretty much sucks ,but in a good good way:-) Now if we can just figure where dropped parts go to when they fall off our work benches we'd have something.
  21. Thanks for the heads up !
  22. I would put the wire on that back side between the holes and the upper lip.
  23. As long as the surface is clean epoxy should work well.
  24. Just a quick reminder that Hobby Lobby is permanently ending their 40% off coupon program at the end of this month.
