The street GT is okay to me and the GT350 and GT500 are cool but this racing version looks like a winner.

Yes = just being lazy.

Seeing as how that looks like a street car (BFG Radial T/A tires) I wonder about the big Parnelli lettering. Pattos Place set looks very accurate. Please note the side stripes were placed lower than on the street cars.

These are going to be nice. ?

Very true but that's not national news. Sine helicopters are not regular transportation for most people you tend to hear about the crashes more since they are usually fatal.

Nice job on the Solido GT40. It's crazy the make them without side windows. As for the Morrison GT500, when the find it they will also find bigfoot too.

That is a nice color. I am surprised the cans are leaking already. I have had only a few do that.

The stance looks much better than the plastics kits. I may jut have to add one to my collection.

Very last cat and the interior is fantastic. Nice background too. I forget what engine came in that kit.

Made by Safir in the 80's using original parts. I doubt it was ever raced so it's more of a street car. I got to drive it a few years ago and it's as close as I will ever get to drive an original. The same person owns the Cobra coupe which is built to original specs. I got to ride as a passenger at a local road racing track about four years ago.

Nice job on the extra detailing. Do you have any plans for doing anything to the wheels?

I have several Mustangs and Cobras and Ford GT's, a few of which are greeen machines. Last time I counted I had over 2K 1/64 diecast cars.

I think they are competing with Meum for volume even though BJ has the better cars overall. 1,000 vehicles is a lot to sell. -
I wonder what a nice Mark II sold for back then.?

Now who would try something as crazy as this. Oh, I would too. Here's one I started a long time ago. -
My advice is to only use the body and pitch the rest and buy a brand net kit for $10-$20. This kit has been reissued maybe a dozen times and some version have unique parts but overall any of the versions would suffice except I'd avoid the Reggie Jackson one because it is molded in green. Since you will have a spare body you can cut out the doors if you want to make them open. I would also sand off the Cobra emblems on the front and trunk. They are about twice the size they should be and you can use decals instead. I'm sure Cobraman wil chime in but that's my two cents.

VRM 427 Cobra decals - will we ever see them?

Hooray. Thanks Steve. -
Too bad there isn't a Saleen kit for those years. You could always do the GT500 from the Will Smith I am Legend movie.

I have a 73 Eleanor that I never got around to except for some coats of paint so count me in.
