  1. Thank you for sharing.
  2. Just use some imagination like Charley did. A paint stick for a barrier, textured paint for the asphalt, a couple of scale track workers. It all depends on the space you have and how much detail you want. For photography purposes make sure you light source direction corresponds with the shadowing of whatever photographic background is used.
  3. Very nice. The use of all the teeny tiny hardware everywhere is impressive.
  4. Sweet build! My dad had a white convertible Satellite when I was a kid.
  5. Dang that is sweet! I will trade you a sealed kit of one for it. I would love to have yours in my display case. I know I could not do it any better.
  6. Congratz! My 1st grandchild was just born this morning. A beautiful little girl. Peyton Carter Newcomer 6.5lbs and 18"
  7. Well done. Nice effort.
  8. Thank you for sharing. Following.
  9. Enough of the teasing. Please share all the detail of your build unless there is a WIP thread on here somewhere.
  10. Very nice build. I need to finish up my Mustang drag racer one of these days. Been very distracted lately with my 1:1.
  11. Cool stuff, Have you run across any files of a Pro Mod blower and scoop or even a whole engine?
  12. Very nice color on that interior.
  13. Thanks guys.
  14. Very nice indeed. My cousin (may he RIP) owned a 66 El Camino with a very similar color.
  15. This is how I want mine to turn out.
  16. The ramp bed does pique my interest.
  17. Someday I hope to make one as nice.
  18. Very nice. Could you post MORE pics? There is so much detail to explore.
  19. That will look gorgeous after BMF!
  20. I have learned from making my decals the key is a large image but a small print size. DO NOT reduce your image via any thing that reduces the file size. I kills the resolution. I use old school MS paint. It lets me choose PRINT size as a percentage. A couple of test prints on plain paper help me nail it down. Changing the margins for each piece of art work, permits me the option of running the same piece of decal paper through the printer numerous times. That way I just cut straight across the top and still have plenty of paper left without waste. Below is some of the decals I have made.
  21. Well done. May I suggest some suzie coils to give the pogo stick some company.
  22. I made an R/T SE by taking the roof from a resin SE and grafting it onto the yellow ERTL convertible. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/147499-1970-dodge-challenger-rt-se-special-edition/?tab=comments#comment-2166786
  23. Way cool build. Lots of unique features. Did they ever make wire wheels for that vintage semis back in the day?
