  1. Beautiful looking coupe I really like the colour. Nice work.
  2. Stunning. I wish Jo-Han were still around, they made some great model cars. You done a real nice job on this, very nice.
  3. Very sharp looking Chevelle, nice work and lovely detailing. Can't go wrong with red! Can't believe I haven't built one of these yet, such a cool looking car.
  4. That's one good looking build! The paint is stunning, beautiful colour. With the right backdrop you'd struggle to distinguish this from the real thing!
  5. Beautiful looking Skyliner, I love the colour combo. Real nice work getting the roof mechanism functioning.
  6. Fantastic looking build. I love the look of this, gives a sense of something ominous happening just off camera. Just need some rain and lightning now as the camera pans off to a shadow digging a hole in the woods for some reason! Lol
  7. Those are both great looking builds. I really like the '57 Chevy.
  8. Looks gorgeous, nice work. Alan is right regarding the paint. When I get textured paint like that it's best to put a good layer of clear over it and polish the heck out of it rather than the paint. It should come out looking like glass.
  9. Lovely detail, I like the little hood straps and the cockpit work.
  10. Nice work on the upgrades, I wouldn't have known unless you mentioned it. Super nice build.
  11. Very nice job you done on this. Paint looks like it laid down very nicely. Beautiful colour too, very nice build.
  12. Nice build, I like the colours. I had a 1:32 die cast Buick Regal police cruiser in those colours as a child.
  13. I did remove the wheel trims a number of times but no sooner my back was turned they re appeared back on the car!? xD
  14. That's cool. I remember that show, they just sat in the car it if I remember talking about the day they experienced, very funny series.
  15. Sweet little build.
  16. Very nice work. Love the film ever since I caught it randomly on TV one night many years ago.
  17. Thanks guys. Now posted in underglass:) http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/164064-bullitt-1968-charger-and-mustang-by-revell/?tab=comments#comment-2445077
  18. ooph, that looks goood!!
  19. Not many people wouldn't recognise what movie these cars are from , especially when side by side. After watching the movie the other night, I thought, I need to build those! So I picked up the Revell '68 Charger and '68 Mustang GT and went to work. Quite a few hours were spent looking at movie stills and watching sections of the chase scene on YouTube for reference. The wheel covers for the Charger were very kindly sent by Steve (Can-Con) and the licence plates came from a seller in the States. The Mustang has everything needed in the kit to build a Bullitt Mustang, the only extras needed for the Charger were the wheel covers and to paint some whitewalls on the tyres. I really enjoyed these builds and both kits go together very nicely. The Charger chassis put up a bit of a fight but some careful trimming of the door cards and dropping the dashboard a little had it sorted. Cue "Shifting Gears" by Lalo Schifrin!
  20. Awesome little details, this is great.
  21. Nice progress. I love this kit, they look crazy good when finished. I think the customising parts outnumber, and outweigh, the parts to build the basic car in this kit!
  22. Looking good, you nailed the stance on it.
