  1. I'm impressed with how even the paint looks. I once tried the clear blue over a silver base and it was so uneven I had to strip it and paint it red. *L* Your hot rod is looking good!
  2. Those wheels work better than I might have imagined. I'll bet the metallic black would look good.
  3. Just looking at the mock-up gets the adrenaline going!
  4. I've got one of these on the way. I enjoy unique quirky cars. You've done a great job. Any issues with the kit that I should be aware of?
  5. I built this one and quite enjoyed it. I recall it went together without too many issues. Looking forward to following your efforts. I liked it enough that I bought a second one that is currently in the stash.
  6. i don't doubt, based on your previous work, that you'll make this one your own. Interior color and craftsmanship is excellent!
  7. I have to agree with Pierre, "The rear axle/diff/oil pump assembly is a model by itself." Very cool stuff going on here.
  8. Hi Bill, I built this one last year and found it to be a nice kit. I'll be watching to see where you go with this onel Have fun! Andrew
  9. I have this one in the stash and have been debating what direction to take it in; I think you've given me some inspiration. The wheels really add to the look of this one. Great job!
  10. I second that comment on the nice interior, the seats look so very authentic that I want to sit back and enjoy the ride! Everything about this model knocks me out. Great work!
  11. Very impressive transformation of the models with the recent work! Really double cool. Did you do anything in particular with the chrome on the dragster as it looks very impressive?

  15. Looks SO right! Really nice build.
  16. I was going to say the red interior looks good but the tan/brown, to my mind, gives the hot rod a classy upscale look. Your tenacity with this one is impressive and producing a great result.
  17. Nice color combo; off to a good start!
  18. Immaculate! Impressive alclad work.
  19. Love the look of a track nose on a hot rod. Very interesting project. Enjoying all the Offy info and looking forward to seeing where this project goes.
  20. Nice looking build ! Greetings from just over the state line in Delaware and welcome to the forums.
  21. Going Full Custom! I’ll be watching this one and hoping to learn a thing or two regarding bodywork; an area of little experience and even less skill for me?.
  22. Wow! (expletives deleted) As a Navy veteran I know a few swear words that I may have to use if the result produces a model impressive as this one. You have built a very cool piece of art, an automotive sculpture.
  23. Another excellent build from the Bronzekeg bench. A clean, mean, but pretty machine!?.
  24. I don’t recall ever seeing a ‘29 Ford roadster with the top up; gives your great looking hot rod some real character. Good looking paint and a really nice interior all make this one stand out. Very nice build!
