Nah, gotta go with Casey on this one - that is some spray can touch-up on that rear end, I don't care if it only has 57 yards on the OD. I've seen plenty of this, even done some, in the body shops I've worked in. Look at the tire, you can clearly see. where they sprayed the rim and some of the tire, partially covering the brake dust on the tire. We loved Krylon Semi-flat Black because you couldn't tell if you got some on rubber; it made tires look new, could cover white letters or white walls, and was quick and convenient to touch up.
