Sometime in the future I won’t be on at all or not much. I am still building but with difficulty.  I can’t foil anything more, my right arm is limited. I have friends that help me one is Cobra Man Ray.  My eyes are not focusing at times. Some double vision. Some have had good laughs at a few posts misspelled and spell check really messed it up like the Mustang post in the Revell section. If I call you by the wrong name I am sorry, Multiple Scarosis is an awful disease. 30 years now. Many have not liked me for my faith and my post count. I have encouraged many model builders and builds that’s where it comes from and learning. My faith comes from my grandmother Memme. I write this with a heavy heart, my eyes are bothering me.. Carl

Take care, Carl. I'm almost 79 and things are getting harder to do for me, as well. I just threw my BRE 240Z into the alcohol pond for the third time. I keep making mistakes. I don't want to give up yet. But I certainly understand your predicament.

Stay with us, Carl, as long as you are able. If there are those that cannot understand your Faith, or the difficulties you are facing in your daily life, even with the explanation you are sharing, then just tune them out and enjoy the friendship of those who like your participation on this forum.  Count me in as one that enjoys your posts and would like to see you remain with "the gang ".  ?

If and when that time comes, Carl, I for one will miss you around here. Despite dealing with the misery of MS you are a beacon of upbeat encouragement. Lots of folks could learn a thing or two from your example.

Sir, I've always enjoyed your comments and encouragements, and they meant a lot to me. You mentionned a couple of times that you were of declining health, but now, I have a better understanding of your situation. Hang in there with us, and please, disregard any critic or cynicism. We are all here for the fun and camaderie, and I hope you keep enjoying  it to the fullest.

Regards,

CT

So sorry to hear about your health issues my Friend.  You were one the first on the forum that I spoke with and I usually called you "neighbor" since we both live in Tennessee.

I am amazed by the monumental number of posts you have considering your vision problems. Your tenacious nature is keeping you involved in spite of the disease. Good for you my friend. I'm proud to say our paths have on the forums.

Hey Carl.  If you wear glasses, try putting some tape over the lens of the eye that bothers you.  Doctors did for me when I double vision for a few months.  Hang in there my friend.

Hopefully your participation here won't end overnight, so stop in when you can and be that point of light that helps keep this forum grounded. You wear your heart and faith on your sleeve and I find that refreshing. All the best bud.

Carl, I always appreciated you leaving encouraging comments, and playing my game!  Sorry your MS is getting worse, and what I would think is the fear of all model builders, losing vision.  Prayers. ?

So sorry to hear that your condition is getting worse. Know that there are many here that respect you and hold you in high regard. Keep your faith as sometimes that's all that works it would seem.
