Excellent work on your "used" items. The only advice I'd like to give you is the placement of things in your diorama. Too many times I've seen a nicely done diorama ruined by items such as an engine block or Coke machine placed on a mezzanine or heavy engine parts on the top shelf. Not realistic. Great start so far. I look forward to seeing your progress as you have fun creating this.

I usually don't follow WIP stuff but am enjoying this. Your stripe looks perfect.

Still can't believe no one has done the Australian Supercars. Such a popular series and you could do a couple of makes and a ton of different decals.

Very nice finished model! I've read about the problems with this kit and have gathered notes from builders if I decide to try it sometime. I think you conquered any problems from what I see.

Just saw him in a movie called A Ticklish Affair. The wife could recognize his voice but I wasn't quite getting it. Sad story about him after he gave us so much joy.

I've read nothing but bad things about this kit so have stayed away from it. Your version looks great and the driver adds a lot to it. Nice job!

Gonna back up peteski's experience with the 2 online companies he mentioned as I have had good service from them also. I get frustrated every year watching Dakar as there are many vehicles I'd like to build; especially a couple of those trucks.
