Amazing work in all aspects
-
waiting to print the final decals, windscreen on and interior details pretty much finalized also this is the 417 in the car, casting my own valve covers just waiting for Mark Johnson breathers to finish them off. Motor details and plumbing still to be added

Amazingly realistic, well done!

Great job, the engine is exceptional but the whole model is top notch.

I have been remiss in not commenting on your project JC. I have been following though and what strikes me is how clean and precise your building style is. In every stage it looks like a finished model and the results speak for themselves. This is a great model. -

I honestly don't have words for what you have accomplished here, the photo of the engine brings into focus the magnitude of not only the quality of the individual parts but how well every single piece fits with the others to make the whole. This should be impossible to accomplish in this scale, your precision is rivaling that of people who produce wrist watches. -
Great job so far, very impressive

Hi Tim Great to hear your getting back to normal, I've missed seeing your updates. This last one shows you haven't really skipped a beat, as usual outstanding workmanship.

Looks very good. -
Not something you see built every day both in modeling and 1 to 1. Very well done and a great concept! I like it a lot!

I know exactly what you mean about pictures, It drives me crazy when I look at close up photos of my parts. What I think are great parts show flaws ( I check my work with photos because my eyes don't tell the whole story) and OK parts can have areas that look like the surface of the moon but still look good to the naked eye and on the model. If you can get a part, in any scale, that looks great in a extreme closeup you are at the top of your game. In the scale you have chosen, it's an almost impossible task that you and Tim seem to have a handle on. -
Great model, love the color, Just discovered Wicked paints last weekend but have not tried them although I have been assured they spray pretty much the same as auto air.

Hi Ron. Lots to work with here, lines and proportions look good. I will keep an eye on this project, I've always had a soft spot for these Novas. -

Ian McLaren replied to Claude Thibodeau's topic in Model Cars
Great design and execution, very future forward design but the classic lines are still there and the color adds sophistication. This would make a great prototype for a max effort 1 :1 ISCA Radical Custom contender -
