My first moebius kit when it got out. Had a few issues but nothing serious, the windshield gave me a little trouble . Since then I have build a few and I wish they will continue to issue those beautifully designed kits. The color is a mix of Vallejo flat yellow and flat white sanded and top coated with Tamiya TS13 clear.
-
And yet despite all this, you got a beautiful model, nicely photographed. The color fits that car well. As for lacquer on plastic. Unless it is a lacquer made for plastic, you might want to use a good primer, personally I tried many and settled with Tamiya primers , they cover well and the lay very smooth. I had a few instances where no matter what I used the finish would look like a partial rough texture would appear and no mater how you sand it would keep appearing. Only after using sand able thick primer was I able to get rid of it. This happened exclusively on Revell models. Now I don't know, may this was a bad batch of plastic or they used a different type of styrene but it happened at least on 4 models. Never had that problem on any other manufacturer. But since then, no problem with recent Revell kits. Go figure. And the wheels look real, I would say ; mission accomplished.

Beautiful car, and I like the bright orange. Great job. -
This is a close match to one of my uncles who took great care of his Chevy for 30 years before he passed. It was sold to a collector later. I wish I had the money back then to buy it. It was in mint condition. But at least I have a representation of it, a sort of 3d picture . A lot of my models have a connection to my past, they bring up a lot of good memories from my youth.

Beautiful build of a rare subject. I like those odd ball models . A shame these kind of subject are ignore by most manufacturers, thanks to resin caster though, we can enjoy some of it. I like the used and abused treatment. Heller will soon release the Estafette fourgonette. I sure will get this one. -
Another old build (from 1998), the '66 GT 350 Mustang from Hertz

Imagine being 21 years old and being able to rent a car like this. These were probably abused like crazy. Beautiful model, clean and shinny. Nice job with the stripes. -
Beautiful caddy, A reminder of a time when styling and chrome was everything. I like the color. Nicely put together. A great build of a great car.

Although a simple kit, this caddy looks quite good when finished . Putting this next to a mini cooper gives a good idea how luxury cars back then were quite impressive as to their size. I really like the styling and elegance of that era. The paint is Tamiya ts 14 black. The top is painted masking tape. I wanted to give a little texture to an otherwise too smooth top. Not perfect but good enough for me. thanks for looking

The car , the weathering and the photography combined together do justice to your efforts. I like the base also, a nice environment to a car like this. A+ on all counts. -
The 50's and the 60's cars are my favorite subjects . This Bonneville is a real beauty and the outside pictures in the sun make the paint comes alive.I love it . I might have to get one.

Really nice Scott, I wish we had more 4 doors available . I like everything about it. Good work on the build and the paint.

The use of paint instead of decals really makes the difference. Most of the time, white decal over red always end up showing the red underneath. I did both the 67 shelby and the revell gt 500 and I ended up stripping the paint and re painting all red without the decals. I wish kit manufacturers would address this issue. They should put a siiver barrier before printing the white.A little more work, but your Mustang really looks like it should. Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing.

All of the above, I like to see models we don't see often. Nice job and well put together. -
Beautiful Lincoln. Nice color choice. It's all about personal choice , you can pick any color you like. This color fit the car nicely. Great job on the build.
-
I agree the color combo is perfect. I want to sit in that car. Very well put together.

Beautiful Porsche, I wish I had more space to build some bigger scale models. The interior contrast well with the black. -
Nice Cobra, as I type this there is a red cobra in an ad at the bottom of the page. Your modeling skills were already set back then. Beautiful and very well put together

Thanks for pointing that out Rex. When it comes to race cars, I'm a total illiterate. From time to time I like to get out of my comfort zone. -
Build this a few years ago. I still have one unbuild. There are some PE parts but otherwise a relatively simple kit but once finished it looks the part. I don't build much racing cars so please forgive any inaccuracies. thanks for looking

Really nice. I like the red on red treatment. The sanded tires add to realism.
