  1. I like the general shape of the roof and also how you have blended the tailgate area. Some real fine window moldings and it will look almost OEM.
  2. Nice job blending the roof to the Olds. body. I was going to suggest using the '66 El Camino for the roof and bed. But that would have made it hard to get the "fat B pillar" you wanted. I'll follow your build as this is the type of car/truck I enjoy and have owned two different early El Caminos.
  3. I have been following your build on this and glad to see you got'r done. Great engineering on the drive train and I like the color.
  4. They're all great looking builds. I have threatened to build one of these Tractors, now I have too.
  5. All very clean looking builds. I like the Trailer especially.
  6. Beautiful looking build. Makes you wonder why Chevrolet didn't think of that.
  7. Great looking builds. I recall when you were working on a few of these and they all are so well detailed.

    Class of 2020

Besides a wide verity of builds I like how you dirty one up every now and then. Especially the well used looking '53 Chevy, you might want to relook at the hood and trunk emblems since they appear to be upside down. The Zero is interesting as many start building planes before going into cars and trucks.
  9. I always enjoy watching your builds. You seem to have a real since of American cars and strive for accuracy.
  10. They are all so realistic looking, especially the first one. Is that an International or a Reo ? I'm not that knowledgeable of these. I remember following your build on the engine display trailer.
  11. I like the chopped top and those wheels are perfect for an earlier style build.
  12. Great looking builds. I like the wide variety of subjects.
  13. All very nice cleanly built. You didn't mention how much you liked Corvettes.
  14. Clean sharp looking build.
  15. I like how you recreated all the models that were sun damaged. They do make perfect wrecks to be displayed with their replacements.

    2020 BUILDS

I remember following your Suburban & Trailer build as well as the Monte Carlo. They all look great.
  17. Wide verity of subjects. You do show that you can put down a smooth paint job when needed.
  18. Beautiful looking group and I think I followed most of these builds. I like the clean build style and I remember all the work you put into the Chrysler especially the paint job.
  19. I like this paint treatment. Now you have to explain how you got the paint pattern in the panels.
  20. I like that you're forgoing the Vinyl Roof as I think it disrupts the flow of the Roof Line into the rear Quarters, Wings maybe? I think your Wheel & Tire set has the Micky Thompson Tires. They did has a wide shoulder on the treat and a 90 degree edge between the tread and the sidewall. You could try a little sanding in that area to soften the edge. The OEM colors for the '67 Impala had both a light beige color, like your photo, and a very light yellow color that was very popular here.
  21. Looks like a good collection to work with. If you should loose interest in the '68 Impala and be open to a trade please think of me.
  22. You have mentioned your search for a better tire for these rims. My question is are you wanting a lower profile tire or a smoother sidewall or different tread pattern ? I have a couple of these wheel & tire sets in my stash and I have used them in the past. Should the sidewall be your objection consider sanding the "words" off the side wall and then polish the sidewall to restore the smooth finish. I even did one set where I spry painted the sidewall with a finish coat of flat black for a more natural looking finish. You will need to be very carful putting the tires into the rims so that you don't crack the paint sprayed on the sidewalls.
  23. I like them all, but the Mercury' s being unusual make them seem more interesting.
  24. All great looking builds. For some reason I'm really drawn to the more door '32.
