Duplicolor dsgm302, light blue metallic. It is very transparent I found out.
TransAmMike
Ha, one of those days!!!! Accomplished some on my '57 Chevy Street Gasser and then total frustration set in. Installed the tinted windows, firewall and then went to mate the body to the chassis and it all went to BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH from there. Can't get it to go all the way, messed up one photo etch trim piece, knocked off another and lost it (lesson learned don't install these pieces until last), Knocked off the firewall and the whole engine. Soooo close to boxing it all up for a lonnnnng while??? Tghanks for listening to my rant? Joe Handley
It’s more R/C Model related, but has seen neglecting my Clodbust of late, so I reworked the steering so I now have a bunch of rear steer, cleaned up the wiring, mounted an antenna tube and taped down the receiver......still gotta paint it though....... And yes, I did drive it onto the Jeep when I parked it there
ksnow
I got the chrome stripped off the wheels for the 65 Chevy truck and primed. Got the engine painted up and ready for installation into the chassis. I also resprayed my Buick GSX that had a few craze lines in the right fender. Hopefully that build will progress again. NOBLNG
Finished up the engine for the Model A. I wired it, shaved down the carb adapter plate and made a new blower belt tensioner. Also gave the pulleys a sort of anodized look with some clear red over the flat aluminum. Edited December 7, 2020 by NOBLNG
Joe Handley
This was last night on another R/C, this time it was cleaning up the wiring on the Lunchbox Monster Tradesman Van and installing an AMPro Transmission Brace, which controls axle wrap on this and the Midnight Pumpkin 50’s F-100 Monster Truck on this same chassis. Here’s the pics! Here’s how it looks now, with the unfinished body on. And one last with the Clod, both of which I now have ready for primer and paint as of Sunday. I do need to find the AMPro lense kit for the truck that I lost, or order a new set??
CabDriver
Tried out Spazstix chrome for the first time - didn’t get it quite as chrome-y as I can usually get Alclad, but it does lay down nice!
Tom Geiger
Working on the Jeepster. I have all of my body lines blackened. Small details, like a very short upper hose, are kicking my tail. There has been way too much extra work fitting and plumbing the four into it! I needed a pair of seat belts so I set up the remainder of my pack of Model Car Garage PE buckles. I hate the way people just use them flat and they look like wafers in the model. I add some plastic behind them. I take the scrap Evergreen sheet remainder and glued eight buckles onto it with the loop over the edge. Once dried I just cut the remaining three edges flush, then hit the edges with silver. I have six left for the next project. No sense just cutting the two I need when with little effort I could do them all. Finished belts on seats that are posed in the interior. Sometimes, those radiator hoses can be a booger. Both of them were a pain, on my current project. It's looking good, Tom!
Sam I Am
Delivered the T-bucket to my father-in-law, and since that freed up a lot of space on the work bench, I put out a few more projects to keep the Elcamino company.

This is a JImmy Flintstone Resin based on the AMT Black Force Slammers kit. No build thread yet. May not do one since it is just a curbside build. I will definitely post it in Under Glass though. 1 hour ago, CabDriver said: Love that color!! ? Thanks! It is a fingernail polish I bought a couple of years ago. Going to try a Pearl white upper section. Possibly a fade. Later- Edited December 15, 2020 by Modlbldr
