This MFH kit is great! I’ve got one in my stash, but not been brave enough to start on it yet. You’ve made a fantastic start, and I’ll be watching all the way.
It’s not often I see a car I’ve never heard of. I didn’t even know of the existence of this kit either.
lovely to see something so different. Well done. Amazing paint and finish.
An old thread, but what a lovely SL. This kit has many shortcomings, but looking at the finished article you wouldn’t know it.
correcting the curved shape below the rear bumper has really improved the look of this.
This is a great looking kit. I can’t offer any advice, as I haven’t started mine yet, but I’m looking forward to watching your build. Good choice of paint.
Nice work Dann. You are quite correct about the door vents. I’m intrigued to see how you do the little vanes inside.
I just picked up Hasegawa’s latest version of the Miura - it comes with photo etched parts. The door vents are much better in that kit with each vane as a separate photo etched part.
looking forward to seeing this one in paint.
Good work Steve. The Anglia is iconic in the UK. I passed a 1:1 one on the motorway yesterday, and thought it looks great except the rear is too narrow. Your idea of fitting 37 rear fenders is brilliant. They look so right on the Anglia. I think the headlight down low look cool too. Thanks for sharing your WIP.
