  1. Very nice job on this unique racer! Your painting on the engine really looks good.
  2. Florida Panthers
  3. The '64 Modified Stocker interior tub fits like a glove in the car I'm working on but I was hoping for some aftermarket piece instead of poaching a piece from another kit. Yes, I've sanded an interior before for hours and hours but didn't feel like doing that again. This interior in the '64 Ford model was obviously based on a promo so everything is molded as one piece.
  4. Many years ago I had a couple of aftermarket interior shells that fit the 63/64 Fords to replicate a Nascar racer. Can't find anything like that anymore. It was much easier using them instead of trying to gut a passenger car interior. Thanks for any help with this.
  5. Very nice work! I remember building one of these years ago and didn't enjoy it. You accomplished the build very well and then some.
  6. Hasegawa makes some nice kits. I especially like that Daytona Mazda.
  7. Great looking plane and excellent painting skills!
  8. The wrong teams are winning in the NHL playoffs.
  9. Always frustrating when a kit has a bunch of fit issues but your finished model looks great. Nice job!
  10. I always forget May 4th and the Star Wars reference because it was my Dads birthday. I reflect on that much more.
  11. A very nice model. Sometimes a fictional car can be more interesting than a replica of one. A lot of work but looks like you satisfied your creative side.
  12. As the others have said, your finished model looks great. I just pulled my kit from the stash to build the go-kart and really like this truck so thought I'd build it too. Your experience has scared me from doing it. I'll have a look to see if anything is warped first.
  13. Not usually in to customs but I really like what you've done. This is really cool looking! Nice work!
  14. As the others have said; Nice, clean build. A sharp looking car and a sharp looking model to represent it.
  15. I liked it because it was another option to flat black and semi-gloss black. It had a slightly different sheen than the other paints I use. Tamiya semi-gloss is a bit more glossy than the black chrome trim to me. I'll miss it when I run out.
  16. Fantastic diorama and interesting story.
  17. More of a head scratcher than an irk but it does irk my wife since she has to deal with it. Amazon let's us know when a package is delivered to her mom who is 94 years old to make sure she is aware of it. Today we get the notice but her mom said there's no package. We look at the picture they took and there is no package in the picture! So what did the driver do with it? And why would he/she take a picture of......nothing? So many questions on this situation. The wife goes to her moms Amazon account and says there was no delivery. Amazon said they have until Monday afternoon to verify there was no delivery. It takes that long? <sigh>
  18. That looks really good for a 1/32nd quick build.
  19. I got some laughs the other day while looking at the "estimate" delivery with the tracking. Package arrived in Las Vegas at 4 AM and said it would be delivered by 9 PM that day. I live almost 1000 miles from Vegas. Next day at 6 AM or so it left Vegas. Don't remember what the delivery time claimed and don't care but it's the typical USPS scenario. Oh, and then you get the "moving through the network" message for the next several days. ?
  20. Very cool! Thanks for sharing.
  21. Looks very sharp. Those decals around the wheel wells had to be fun. ?
  22. Trains are always interesting to me. Thanks for the bit of history on the real and replica trains.
  23. Wow! Your tractors and shed are a joy to look at.
