  1. It all depends on how your online store is packaging your model kits. If there’s no padding (packing peanuts, plastic bubble wraps, etc...), there’s your issue. Cheap thin cardboard shipping boxes don’t help matters either. Any shortcuts in packing your model is pure laziness on the seller himself. I've never had issues with Scalehobbyist, Hobbylinc, Plaza Japan (you may wait awhile before it shows up at your doorstep), and others.
  2. As far as LED headlights goes.... God, I hate them. They’ll blind you in oncoming traffic. Makes you wonder if they’re switched to high. From the rear are even worse especially with full size trucks (I own a Ford Escape) at a traffic light. Their headlights sits high and you’ll get the full blast of ridiculously bright LED lights- even with night mode rear view mirrors. Side mirrors? Forget it. You’ll go blind there.?
  3. Heated seats/steering wheel, vented seats, massaging seats, sunroofs, dual or three zone AC, and all those other goodies are options added to the sticker price. I don’t see a need for them, especially heated seats. Why? We all survived just find before they were added as an option. The biggest waste of $$$$ those are. Both my bro in law and sis in law have them on their CR-Vs and love them. I just shake my head.... Rear cameras, LED lights, keyless start, etc... are pretty much standard in newer cars. Satellite radio usually included and are offered 3 months free then you have the option to subscribe. New cars no longer have CD players - a big pet peeve of mine. My Hyundai Kona SEL (when it ever comes in) has more features than my wife’s 2021 Honda CR-V.
  4. Grocery pick ups? The laziest service ever for those who don’t even want to get their own groceries. I would never use it. Chewy is fantastic and I don’t see why you say that’s a bad thing. You’d be surprised how much cheaper they are compared to Petsmart or other retail pet store. I used to order dog treats and flea/tick meds thru them, never dog food. I have a AAA membership and had it since I was in my 20s. Comes in handy if you need a tow. Why the bad rap on AAA? So what if they changed your tire. You do realize they call AAA certified tow companies, right? Women and older seniors value this service.
  5. Similar product as Molotov....
  6. This.... I never buy clothes online.
  7. Four more years before I retire. Hopefully, it will pass by fast. Got any retirement mischief goals? LOL!
  8. Too many to count through my youth and teen years... auto, aircraft, armor, ship kits. You name it, I’ve pass by them. Although, I did manage to acquire a few kits I’ve done back then for another go at it. Plus a few I’ve always wanted to do but never did in my younger years.
  9. Vintage instruction guide indeed. I do remember the screw to chassis assembly back in my early youth years. Never seen one with rubber band / metal clips for hood though. Interesting.
  10. I learned to drive in a dark green 4 door 1973 Pontiac Le Mans.
  11. This.... I went back and looked for the thread that offended you. My advice is ignore it. It’s not worth leaving this forum site over it.
  12. I’ve been to so many concerts over the years but two stuck out as my favorites. Bryan Adams Reckless Tour at Madison Square Garden. A JC Penney I employed at the time along with WOUR, a local radio station sponsored a drawing to see him live in NYC. I stuffed the ballot boxes while on the job and and won a pair of tickets. I later found out another JCP employee also stuffed the ballot boxes too and won. LOL! Wanted to take a fellow female friend from JCP but was forced to take my sister instead. We all went by limousine. Didn’t return til the next morning just in time for me to head to work. Billy Joel at the Carrier Dome. Early 2000s. All tickets were $40 / person.
  13. My local Walmart across town still has kits on the end caps. They’ve been there since Christmas 2021. And no, they’re not marked down.
  14. Not if you don’t allow it to.
  15. Nothing was said offensive but a good natured and healthy conversation. Nothing was said knocking against religion. Look, we’re all mature adults here and there was NO offensive remarks there. Over-react much?
  16. As a former PC gamer myself, I hated wireless mouse and ditched it. I prefer wired mouse for better control in the games.
  17. Yup. Those are dead giveaways. ROFLMAO!
  18. My bad. I meant to word it as in other folks who will take it as “offensive”.
  19. Nice score! Sometimes it pays to peek what’s hiding behind some of these kit boxes on display at Hobby Lobby. Funny to find customers thinking by hiding them behind other kits with intention to come back later. Sucker! LOL!
  20. Give me a break. Are you really going to start up with the derogatory BS term just like the rest of the liberals? It’s time folks man up and quit pointing out the sensitivity of offending the term of dwarf and midgets. It’s not a derogatory term, just a definition. Look it up. I get it that we are living in different times. But geez... enough with the cancel culture and woke BS in today’s world.
  21. That looks really cool. If it was drivable and had the same power as the Hellcat, that thing probably flip over before he gets going. LOL!
  22. OMG! Now you’re over-reacting. ROFL! Don’t take it too seriously.
  23. LOL! I’ll bet you you won’t get the kit you ordered. Hobby Lobby has a history of screwing up orders and sending the wrong kit.
