  1. Looks great! Nice work on the V6 conversion!
  2. I got the Yakamoz drill today and while it I did not try it, it looks like it will work. Of course, after I got the one I posted above, I found one with a variable speed control, but it is costs more. https://www.amazon.com/Yakamoz-0-3mm-Adjustable-Electric-Aluminum/dp/B075SZZN4J/ref=sr_1_1?crid=12008J6R1YPS1&dchild=1&keywords=yakamoz&qid=1610727152&s=hi&sprefix=yaka%2Ctools%2C149&sr=1-1#customerReviews
  3. Nice job, I like the color!
  4. Stunning! Beautiful build of one of the most perfect looking sport cars ever!
  5. Thanks for the tip. I went to the Micro-Mark site and they have the screwdriver but the chuck is on backorder and not available right now. So, I went to Amazon and bought this one: https://www.amazon.com/Yakamoz-0-7-1-2mm-Electric-Aluminum-Portable/dp/B06XGV1FYH/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Yakamoz+0.7-1.2mm+Mini+Micro+Electric+Aluminum+Hand+Portable+Handheld+Drill&qid=1610595520&s=hi&sr=1-1 I don't know if it is any good but it was $20, so I took the chance. I hope it works, I am tired of using my manual pin vise! You can buy the same screwdriver you have on Amazon for less than $20, but I didn't see the chuck there either.
  6. Looking good, as usual! I like what you are doing with the engine and interior. Although I love traditional hot rods and customs, I did even back in the 80's.This style street rod is what I grew up with too, so I understand having a bit of sentiment for them.
  7. Agreed. Very nice items. I got some steel wheels, BOP TH400 and M20 transmissions and the B&M Hydro stick trans with Chevy bellhousing. All excellent castings!
  8. I built this Fiat a while back......I still want to do a DD rail and Fiat with the blown Hemi in them. This one has the Chevy.
  9. They are all nice, but Wow! Absolutely love the '32 fordor! The '38 Chevy is really cool too!
  10. Another excellent build! Looks like a spot on match for the real one!
  11. Awesome job! Very cleanly built it!
  12. I got 1 built in 2020 and started a few projects. Here is the 1 build: Amt Double Dragster built to match the box art on the 1968 issue.
  13. Outstanding job! Top notch work from top to bottom! Love the engine detail and that awesome shifter!
  14. I ordered one on Ebay from a seller named automodels2. Supposedly, it has shipped and they have provided a tracking number, so we will see.
  15. Cool! Like what you are doing with the headers!
  16. Nice line up! Laser sharp work on all of them! Love the Chevelle!
  17. Looks like the white parts are Revellogram '64-'66 Mustang. The flat black chassis is an AMT 1956 Ford Victoria. Not sure about the white chassis dated 1990? Maybe '90 Thunderbird or Mustang GT?
  18. I really like these. It's almost more like they are art pieces. The flat black technique really emphasizes the shapes, proportion and cleanliness of your builds. I also think it is very clever how you add just a little color here and there so the black does not over power. It truly is a great concept. I could see this type of thing in a gallery setting.
  19. Super build, love it! And the fact that you "made" half the engine for this makes it even more outstanding! BTW, what tires did you use?
  20. Wow! That is a super build! Excellent work!
  21. A question about the quick change. I am using the same one in an AMT '32 I am building. Mine is from a Trophy Series '25 T. Are you going to use an open driveshaft or make it closed? I don't know much about these, but I have seen both with quick changes. My model also has an early hemi, but mine is going to be a fenderless altered coupe, circa 1960 to '62. At this point, I am planning on using aluminum tubing to replicate a closed driveshaft on mine. This started out as a simple build that was going to be the drag version of the old Trophy Series kit, but now I am adding details and complicating it as usual....
  22. Your work is fantastic! I always learn a lot, thanks for posting such great pics!
  23. The cement mixer is a big one for truck guys, but otherwise, yawn....
  24. Nice work! Love the Chevy gasser and the '32 Roadster!
  25. Super job! Love the stance and design!
