Dann, I have been struggling how to explain my feelings about this build and now you have hit the nail on the head, a work of art.

Early Ferrari Models 1949-1967
Gramps46 replied to Gramps46's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Super Classics Ferraris Here are some real oldies (1992) with an interesting history. Peter Wright in the UK created some early Ferrari bodies in 1/24th scale and sold them with the brand name of Super Classics. He sent the body masters to California to John Johnson (Teapot Graphics) who borrowed a vacuum forming machine from Mike Quarterman (UMI Modelwerkes) and pulled the bodies for Peter. Mike created a resin V12 with gearbox, pretty nice by the way, what appear to be brake drums, and a sheet of miscellaneous parts. Some of the kits included Herb Deeks PE wheels and tires. The kits pictured here are a 166 Spider Corsa and a 125 F1 from the Monza race of 1949. -
Great choice Mark. It is a beautiful design and looking forward to what you do with it.

For Diner Fans: Another take on the work of Michael Paul Smith
Gramps46 replied to Brian Austin's topic in WIP: Dioramas
I agree with Brian and David's comments about Michael. I followed his work on line and corresponded with him briefly. His work is an inspiration to us. Gary -
Great finds all. The Z432 is a real performance car and right hand drive only for the home market I believe.

Wishing you well with the repair.

Really nice work Randy.

I think you are absolutely correct Rex. Its got the high side scopes and louvers in the spider of GT103 and the front of the nose below the beltline of the '65 to match the box art but those headlamps drive me nuts with their length. Oh yeah, the box is mislabeled as 64 and should be 65.

John, You sir have mastered the technique of making wrecks. Well done. Gary
