  1. Great looking Boss. Love the colour. Looks like a pretty convincing Grabber Lime.
  2. Looking good, Joe. Chassis detailing looks great.
  3. Cool wagon. Neat details.
  4. Thank you much! Another question if I may; Does room temperature effect the process in any significant way? Is humidity a factor?
  5. Excellent. Thanks for the clear explanation. A couple of Qs; What do you use for a release agent? And would recommend the slow setting resin for a beginner?
  6. Incredible details, especially all the little extras that fill the scene. Love the textures, weathering, and finishes. Excellent work
  7. Brilliant! Thanks for the tutorial and the clear illustration of your method. I picked up a good tip there. A nice shackle could be made from that tow loop, with an intersecting brass wire through the eyes.
  8. Great looking Mazda. Beautiful paint. Well done.
  9. If it was simply polished, especially with hobby polish, there won't be any wax in it. What kind of polish did you use? If you wish to keep the black, just wash the body in warm soapy water, scuff the white with 1000 or 1500 grit and wash again, then carry on as if you were spraying over primer. Mask off and re-paint the white. Clear coat is a personal choice. If your plan is to polish right on the paint, just lay more paint down to allow for some to be polished away. I very rarely use clear coat, and plan my paint work accordingly. I lay down extra paint, knowing I'll be removing some. I ensure that raised edges and curves have extra paint on them, as it it easy to burn through the high spots when polishing.
  10. Great looking Mustang, Charlie. Very aggressive. Lots of work in the fine details, and it shows. The colour choices are perfect. I enjoyed watching this one come together. Excellent work!
  11. Wow, this is spooky. Just last night I was wondering if a Jensen Interceptor had been kitted. Looking at the side profile photo above, the car's resemblance to an Avanti is striking. I'm guessing that must have been the starting point for the master.
  12. Don't know how I managed to miss this one. Very nice build of a very cool little car. I never knew this kit existed. I enjoyed seeing this build posted. Well done.
  13. Cool build! Great period style and nice replica, too.
  14. Nice work. Your build does the cool old Mazda justice. Well done.
  15. Well done, Josh. That side window work is a great detail.
  16. Lovely build of a beautiful car. That red really pops. It looks great posed with your other builds. Well done.
  17. That is my method as well. If Molotow is going to be used on the exterior of a build, I plan carefully when and how the part will be mounted to reduce the amount of handling. The bumpers on my Pantera project will be chromed with Molotow, then mounted late in final assembly without the Molotow ever being touched.
  18. That clutch is nuts!! This thing is going to sound wicked when you get it fired up.
  19. Very nice!! An excellent build of one of my very favourites. Smooth, clean work all around. I had searched for decals to do one of these builds a few years ago, but could find nothing. If Slixx has them now, I'll be ordering up a couple sets.
  20. Beautiful build, John. One of the cleanest builds I've seen of any of the iconic Mustang A/FX cars. Very nicely done.
  21. Stunning Merc! Beautiful finish and very clean. Excellent work.
  22. Looking good so far. I started a '55 Nomad gasser a bunch of years ago. I really should drag it out and get on with it. Perhaps I'll find some inspiration in this thread.
