  1. Really nice! Very well thought out and planned. Lots of nice model cars here, too. Beautiful work all around.
  2. Just needs a mud turtle on the seat to finish the look. Nicely presented!
  3. Very cool. That white, black, and red paint scheme looks all business, doesn't it?! Well done.
  4. Nice, and in 1/43 scale no less! I've been curious about these little Heller kits, and this is nudging me towards buying a couple or three. Well done!
  5. Loved these little cars! Very nicely done model, the red is particularly attractive. I have both versions of this kit in the stash (stock and WRC racer), and hope I can get one to look this realistic! Well done.
  6. Very nice build, it really does capture the spirit of the time, and looks totally believable to me! You have a clean building style, and this thing looks ready-for-race-day real. Well done.
  7. If you pass near Elizabethtown, search out the Hobby Station; a big part of my stash came from there when I got back into the hobby some years back. Lots to see, and if you are a model train nut, you won't want to leave! The owner is big into trains, but has always carried a nice inventory of model kits. I used to make a weekly pilgrimage there. Very well stocked actual hobby store, check 'em out on Facebook for directions. (Easy to find) Enjoy!
  8. That looks gorgeous! Very nice, clean build. Congrats!
  9. What a beauty! Very well done.
  10. That came out nice! It really captures the look VERY well. Very informative WIP thread, as well, and a lot of fun to follow along. Congrats on a successful and attractive build!
  11. Improved. Very nicely proportioned. I'd like to see more engine in there. Appears to be a lot of space.
  12. Agreed! That small detail lifts the rear visually, whereas before your eye fell immediately to the bottom of the tear drop shape. That small refinement paid large dividends! Are you going custom on the interior as well?
  13. Cool custom; love this body style, especially the roof line. Well done!
  14. Such a cool car, and a beautiful memory to recreate. Looks like you have a definite plan, will enjoy watching this on come together!
  15. That is just too cool! What a beautiful car! Why aren't there models of it available?!
  16. Welcome! Sounds like you may have a few classic gems to show us!
  17. Welcome! You have a really clean building style. Love the color on that 'vette, care to share what paint it is?
  18. Welcome! A cool scratch (or semi-scratch) build is always fun to follow, so looking forward...
  19. Welcome! Can't wait to see some of those autos out of the shop!
  20. Very pretty model of a great looking car, and don't it look great in red?! Well done.
  21. Good start!
  22. I would recommend it to anyone interested in building model cars without hesitation. I was disappointed in that particular release since they removed all the cool custom extras that used to come with it and raised the price, but as long as you want to build a stock '57, it builds up nicely, as seen above and all over this forum.
  23. Very nice. Absolutely love that engine compartment.
  24. Curious, why did you remove the strap?
  25. Bless you, sir! Please do a WIP thread here.
