Oldcarfan27 Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 Steve may be too humble to post these on one thread, so I will do it for him. They're too nice not to be seen all in one place! https://www.flickr.com/photos/95249905@N05/page1 Steve, if you already have - then have this deleted.
Claude Thibodeau Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 HI! Great body of work, impressive. Our friend seems to have a fondness for the late 50's -early 60's era. I can see why. The 61 Buick Invicta is the most desirable to me. Bravo! CT
Steve H Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 Thanks for posting this Patrick, Steve’s work is absolutely beautiful. Steve
Modlbldr Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 Extremely impressive work and beautiful photos. Nicely done Steve! A level to aspire to. Later-
StevenGuthmiller Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 Thanks guys. Just living the dream. ? Steve
Dave Darby Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 I have to agree with you, Steve does super nice work. And that GP is pure gorgeous.

AMT68 Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 Not only are the builds all top notch but his thorough description of the steps taken in the process provide a tremendous benefit to modelers looking to improve their own work.
Brutalform Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 Steve’s build are breath taking to say the least. I often find myself looking at his builds, especially the under hood details, to get ideas for my own builds. Where this guy is at, is where I eventually want to be as far as building goes. He was especially helpful to me, in the past, when I ran into some DupliColor painting issues as well. Great guy, that builds great models.
espo Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 I remember following these builds here. The attention to details that most overlook is amazing on all of his builds.
baycolony Posted April 28, 2021 Posted April 28, 2021 Ditto to everything said! Terrific workmanship. I especially like the Olds 442......well I like them ALL!
gui_tarzan Posted May 20, 2021 Posted May 20, 2021 Stunning, definitely. It's a level of quality for the rest of us to strive for!
papajohn97 Posted May 20, 2021 Posted May 20, 2021 (edited) These are all really incredible car models. Like many others here, I would love to take “master classes” from Mr. G, especially classes on how to do under hood detailing. I also love his taste, the Bill Mitchell years at GM which I think produced the most beautiful American automotive designs. Thanks for posting these masterpieces! Geno Posted May 20, 2021 Posted May 20, 2021 I can't elaborate any more than what's been said. Steve, every one of you models rock.?
tim boyd Posted May 21, 2021 Posted May 21, 2021 Anyone reading this thread who has not clicked on the link in the first post from Patrick, take it from me and do so now! My favorite among all these? Steve's '64 300J. Exceptional work on display throughout this album.... TIM
Zippi Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 I can only echo what others have said. Very nice collection of builds. I can only dream of building something half as good as what Steve Does. Someone tell me that Steve takes these master pieces to shows???
Bills72sj Posted May 30, 2021 Posted May 30, 2021 DANG!!!!! If any of those were photographed in a scale setting with as much realism as Steve's models you could fool a lot of people into believing they are the genuine article!
