  1. Very realistic looking and a great paint job. Now then, with those left over parts are we going to see a short Caddy ? My be even a Corvette type build ?
  2. Very nice shade of green. I like how you have very lightly detailing of the engine and interior.
  3. Your interior looks great.
  4. I might have cost you a few hundred bucks if you had taken it in. Glad you were able to fix it your self. I have had similar problems in the past with mine. For some reason mine likes a new battery ever three to four years even when I have it on a battery tender all winter long.
  5. I'm glad they were able to catch these _________ people. I hope they are dealt with in a very harsh manor, and during there extended time in custody they have a thorough mental examination to see if they are even fit to reinter society.
  6. Your build turned out great. This reminds me of these Dodge trucks you would see on any street USA.
  7. Great looking build. I like your display setup.
  8. For PD and other Law Enforcement decals you might check in the After Market/Resin section on the Forum. There are a couple of suppliers there that offer many different decal sets for different states as well as county and city decals.

    1974 charger

    Nice looking Charger.
  10. Outstanding looking build. The 1:1 units never looked this good. The detailing on the light bar is perfect.
  11. Great looking paint job. I really like how this looks. Everything is very smooth and all of the styling elements flow from the front roll pan to the rear.
  12. They both look great. The Plymouth is especially good looking with the two tone paint. While not a Fury color combination it still looks good.
  13. Very clean well built.

    1912 Packard

Very interesting looking "Brass Era" car. This reminds me of the early "pioneers of the road" kits from the early days of modeling.
  15. Thanks, that's the one I was looking at. I admit I watch far to many Police Chase and Rally Racing bits on YouTube. Sometimes on these Police chases it's almost like a feeding frenzy trying to be the car that first stops the Purp. Most of the time you realize just how dangerous it is for them in a pursuit an also how little other drivers pay attention to what is going on around them when they're driving. As for the rally drivers crashing, they never seem to realize when they should lift on the throttle as they lose control. They remind me like someone who is either wide open or full brakes. I see so many instantaneous where if they had backed off just a little the could of regained control but instead they are spinning the tires in such a way you just know they're going to crash and even then they're still standing on the throttle like it was an on and off switch.
  16. Great film clip. Check out the "skilled truck driver help to end chase" when the clip is over.
  17. I fell off a ladder yesterday while cleaning out the gutters. I was using my 10 ft. ladder as always, but it doesn't allow my to easily reach into the gutter at one side of the house where the ground starts to drop off toward the back yard. Standing at the very top of the 10 footer I can just reach into the gutter over my head. My good neighbor said a should try his extension ladder as it is somewhat taller. For those not familiar with extension ladders, much like myself, they can be very unstable since you only have two "feet" that support the ladder and they are about the size of a 2"x4" turned on it's side. While I put a 1"x6" under the feet to help stabilize the ladder in the mulch of the flower bed it still started to slide off too one side as I was coming down the ladder. I was still about 6' in the air when the ladder went one way and I went the other. I landed very hard while trying to break my fall with my right hand and shoulder before my head hit the ground. Last night I just had a head ache and sort wrist and shoulder with a few scrapes. This morning I feel like I've been beaten with a baseball bat. Next time I'll be hiring someone else for this job. I never liked heights anyway.
  18. Now I know I will never ever eat Ramen Noodles as long as I live.
  19. Great looking Challenger. Very nice paint and trim work.

    Opel GT

Great looking build. All the trim and such are very cleanly done. I can see where your past experience could lead you to do some interesting paint work.
  21. Hard to say just one year or even decade had the best or most interesting cars. Much of it would depend on where you were in life's journey you were at the time. I always like some of the cars from the '40's because that was all I could afford and the styling was to my liking. The '50's really started showing a lot of different designs and color combinations that were off the charts. They also started to offer some big horse power engines as the end of the decade going into the '60's. In the '60's Detroit really got serious about the horsepower race and just about any form of racing for that matter. By the end of the '60's the insurance industry and the fed's had just about made ownership of anything beyond the base base driveline unaffordable. With the smog regulations and safety equipment requirements the '70's turned into a very disappointing time.
  22. Very nice redo on the convertible.
  23. I had followed your build so I at least know how good it looks. But I would still like to see your finished pictures.
  24. I like the idea of a window delivery. The trailer is special also. How did you shape the fenders ?
  25. Very clean looking build. The detailing on the dash really looks special.
